Great question. The difference between the two would be the application.

Both parts are a fit for a 2021 Ford F-350, but the Air Lift # AL35FJ Load Lifter 5000 is a fit for single rear wheel trucks (SRW) and the # AL26KV is a fit for Dual Rear Wheel (DRW) trucks.

You might also be interested in an on-board compressor system like part # AL25856. A compressor system would allow you to add or remove pressure from the system as the load and the road surface dictates, all from the comfort of the truck's cab.
