2020 F250 Tremor Loadlifter 5000 Ultimate Plus Airbags... truck does not have the OEM prep package.

Hey Angus. For your 2020 F-250 Tremor, you'll want the the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL35FJ. These have a load-leveling capacity of 5,000 lbs and also come with internal jounce bumpers. The jounce springs help absorb shock when air pressure is low and also help prevent bottoming out. All mounting brackets and hardware are included for installation.
Since you mentioned not having the prep package, the Air Lift item # AL35FJ are compatible with in bed hitches, like gooseneck item # BWGNRK1116 or 5th wheel rails item # BWRVK2402, if you plan on adding one.
I also recommend adding the Firestone Air Command item # F2610 to your truck. This onboard compressor will allow you to adjust the PSI in your air bags from your phone.
Why are you adding air bags to your F-250? Do you tow a trailer or haul heavy loads in your bed?
