For your 2020 Ford F-250 Super Duty with OEM Prep Package I recommend the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers # AL88391 if you have a 2 Wheel Drive model and the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers # AL35FJ if you have a 4 Wheel Drive model.

Note: The # AL35FJ will not fit TREMOR models.

These airbags will install under the frame so there's no interference with your factory puck system unlike other brands that install on the outside of the frame rail. These airbags have internal jounce bumpers that improve ride comfort, reduce sway, and help with cornering and act as a fail safe if your airbags lose pressure. The adjustable airbags will improve ride quality and steering and help prevent uneven wear on your tires and brakes.

I recommend pairing your airbags with the Air Lift Load Controller Compressor System for Air Helper Springs # AL25856. This dual path air compressor system will allow you to control the air pressure of your airbags independently to adjust for uneven loads. It detects when air pressure in your helper springs falls below minimum safe level, which is set at 5 psi, and automatically refills the airbags.
