I have a 2022 ford f350 tremor4 door short bed that I am going to get the BandM turnover ball 5th wheel slider hitch and I was wondering your recommendation for air bag helper springs with an on board compressor. I was looking for one that doesn’t change the ride when I’m not towing. The hitch weight on my new camper is around 3000-3300lbs

With the weight of your camper I recommend the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL35FJ. I prefer these as they have the internal jounce bumper which helps to reduce the bounce that is often associated with towing a trailer and using air bags. They will also fit with the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1116 you plan on installing.
The Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL74000 is my favorite compressor kit. This is because it has a smart manifold which will monitor air pressure in the springs while you drive and automatically make adjustments should the pressure change by more than 3psi.
