• Troubleshooting Thule Rapid Gutter Feet that Won't Tighten
  That's strange, it shouldn't be too complicated to get those feet tightened. I'd suggest try holding the head of the bolt in place while you're tightening the knob to prevent the bolt from spinning. If you can't get anything behind the foot to put pressure on the bolt, you can also try holding the bottom part of the bracket in place while you tighten it.

• Thule Gutter Feet Height Options For Thule SquareBar Evo
  It seems like you have the Thule Rapid Gutter Feet. There are a couple different sizes. The tallest I have is the 11" tall feet # TH93ZR but we also have 8" # TH33ZR and 5" # TH65BJ. These will work with the Thule AeroBlade, WingBar Evo, SquareBar Evo # TH712500, and ProBar load bars. The measurement is from where the foot mounts to the gutter to the top of the foot where the crossbar would sit.
