The aero-style design of these crossbars helps reduce that noise, and the split rubber strips in the top channels fill in around your mounted accessories to keep airflow smooth. The result is less vibration and whistling so you can enjoy the ride without the constant drone overhead.
Some racks make you wrestle with rubber strips just to mount your gear. With this setup, the top channels feature split strips that let you slide accessories right into place—no cutting required. When you’re done, the strips close back around the mount to keep things sealed against wind and weather.

You could always use a fairing like, part # TH22WV to prevent some of that wind noise. As for the returns policy, its only if the product has been installed that we can not accept the return.
