Availability of Replacement Rubber for Older Thule Gutter Feet

Question:

We have a set of older Thule Rapid Gutter Feet for the older square cross bars. They are similar to this: TH33ZR The rubber parts which keep the foot and the clamp from scratching the vehicle have broken off. Is it possible to get replacement rubber parts without buying an entire replacement foot? Thanks.

The old gutter feet have been discontinued and there is no replacement rubber available. If you can't find an old replacement foot you might try adding on a piece of foam or similar material to keep it from scratching the vehicle. The new Rapid Gutter Feet for Thule Crossbars # TH33ZR won't fit your old square crossbars so replacing the feet with these is not an option.

The common solution for replacement feet that are compatible with the old square bars is to use the ones made by Inno. However, there aren't Inno feet that will fit a 2022 Kia Telleride or Chrysler Pacifica. If you have a different vehicle please let me know and I'll see if any are available. Outside of that, you would be looking at a new roof rack with updated crossbars.
