For a 2020 F150 Super Crew Cab, I’m noticing two fit kit options 5177 and 5271 for the Thule options All else seems to be the same for the Thule roof rack options. What is the difference?

The only difference is one is also a fit for some Super Duty trucks while the other is a fit solely for the F-150; Thule uses different part numbers sometimes but I recommend sticking with the fit kit that is solely for the F-150. The complete Thule roof rack set up for your 2020 Ford F-150 SuperCrew Cab is the following:

Please advise on the spacing dimension for Ford F150 4dr Super-crew cab using Thule WingBar Evo crossbars and Evo clamps: Dimension front windshield to first evo clamp and distance between the wing bars. I have the set up from my 2018 Ford F150 but do not have the specific dimensions for my newer truck. It appears that the fit kit has the same part number for both of these trucks. Thanks Jim
