Troubleshooting Thule Rapid Gutter Feet that Won't Tighten

Question:

I have a 2023 jeep Wrangler with rain gutters. I try to tighten the knob on my Thule ring gutter mounts, but the little squarish head on the tightening bolt tends to rotate preventing me from tightening the knob sufficiently. Is that a flaw? Am I doing something wrong?

That's strange, it shouldn't be too complicated to get those feet tightened. I'd suggest try holding the head of the bolt in place while you're tightening the knob to prevent the bolt from spinning.

If you can't get anything behind the foot to put pressure on the bolt, you can also try holding the bottom part of the bracket in place while you tighten it.
