The top channels have split rubber strips that close back around your mounted accessories, helping quiet the ride and smooth out vibration. You can drive at highway speeds without needing to crank up the music just to drown out the wind.
Whether it’s a kayak in the summer or a cargo box for a road trip, these bars make it easy to swap attachments for whatever you’re bringing along. The top channels accept channel-mount accessories, while the bar shape works with clamp-on mounts too. You can use bike racks, ski carriers, or storage boxes without dealing with different bar types or complicated adapters.
A lot of racks require cutting rubber strips just to slide your mounts into place—this one doesn’t. The split design in the channel lets you slide in accessories without trimming anything. Once your gear is mounted, the strip seals back around it to help keep noise down and protect against weather. It’s a small detail that makes mounting quick and frustration-free every time.

Great Thule rail feet to install the Evo Flush Rails on my car.
Solid structural piece. End caps fit loosely. Whistles loudly at anything over 30 MPH. Weatherstripping blew out first time down the road.
When a last-minute change to our travel plans required the addition of a rooftop carrier for additional luggage the team at etrailer was there to get me the required items in time for our departure. I am very appreciative of the above and beyond effort made by the etrailer team!
It took me a VERY long time to figure out what I needed to mount my Hullivator on my 22 Subaru Outback Limited. I bought the wrong parts on round 1, and finally after 2 yrs of frustration, asked AI what I needed. I don't entirely trust AI, but it got me on the right track. I asked the 'chat' person on etrailer about the AI suggestion, and the gal who helped me, Autumn, said the feet part was correct, but to use this fit kit. I ordered it immediately. Today was the day. Of note, this fit kit has specific parts for the front and rear passenger side and front and rear driver side. Pay attention to the photo directions!! The parts are different for each side. On my Outback, they mount at 69cm apart. The cladding and design of the Outback roof system leaves much to be desired, but this worked and I'm looking forward to FINALLY using my Hullivator.
For XXX bucks I thought it would include the keys. Not plastic plugs. Instructions say it should have key. They even talk about how to store the key. My advice to anyone is buy it directly from dealer.
We bought a new vehicle that we already had several Thule accessories for. Purchased the fit kit for our Tahoe along with the Flush Rail feet and they fit perfectly.
Initially I was worried that I good not get a good Roof Rack configuration to match my 2022 Kia Telluride. When I asked etrailer for some assistance on the configuration, Jon was quick to reply with an excellent solution. He definitely knew the products. Unfortunately, my initial shipment was damaged but Gwen and team quickly got me replacements in the mail. I have received and installed all components and couldn't be more satisfied.
