Hi. I have a Thule OutWay TH45JV - does this fit a Copper Countryman? Thank you.

The Thule OutWay # TH45JV, is not recommended for use on your 2011 Mini Cooper Countryman because the vehicle is unable to support the weight of the bike rack.

At this time we do not have an option for carrying bikes at the rear of the 2011 Mini Cooper Countryman.

If your Countryman has factory installed crossbars, you can use the Thule UpRide bike rack, # TH599000, to carry bikes on the roof of your vehicle.

If your vehicle has factory flush side rails and no crossbars, you will need to use the Thule Roof Rack Fit Kit, # TH186039, Thule Foot Pack # TH710601, and a set of 47 inch SquareBars, # TH712200 or WingBar # TH711200. The UpRide bike rack can then be used on your vehicle.

My information shows that you can carry up to 110 lbs with the Thule rack system on the roof of your Countryman. You should check with your vehicle owners manual to be sure you do not exceed the roof capacity, especially if you are using the factory cross bars.
