I have a 2019 5 door with moonroof . The rails are flush mounted. Would like to transport 2 kayaks 100lbs total what would be the best and most economical solution? Thanks so much for your help.

I recommend using the 2019 Mini Cooper Roof Rack by Thule that uses parts # TH712200, # TH710601, # TH186039. This will give you a high quality Thule roof rack system for your 2019 Mini Cooper that is capable of carrying 2 kayaks that weigh around 100-lbs. You can add locks to the roof rack by using the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders - Qty 4 # TH450400.

You will need a roof rack mounting kayak carrier as well, and for that I recommend using the Malone Stax Pro2 Kayak Carrier w/ Tie-Downs - Post Style - Folding - 2 Kayaks # MPG115MD. The Stax Pro2 gives you a nice, economical solution to protect the bows of the kayaks and comes with tie down straps included.
