Are their any roof bike racks that will fit a 2016 2 door mini with a normal roof no rails

You can install a roof rack on your 2016 Mini Cooper that does not currently have roof rails so that you can install a roof bike rack. Thule's square bar roof rack part numbers # TH712100, # TH710601, and # TH186039 is a fit for your vehicle and would allow you to use a bike rack like the Thule UpRide part # TH599000 which is a really nice bike rack that allows you to keep the front wheel.
