So long as your 2017 Mini Cooper 2-door hardtop has flush-mounted rails on top, there is a Thule roof rack that will fit, including the WingBar Evo crossbars you mentioned. The exact parts you need are the following:

This will give your Mini Cooper super quiet, easy to use, highly durable crossbars with a really cool aesthetic. The WingBar Evo crossbars are so quiet because they are aerodynamic with a tapered shape and have "WindDiffusers" - specially designed rubber strips atop the bars which direct the air flow over the bars to minimize any wind noise.
