The Yakima FullBack 2 Bike Rack - Trunk Mount - Adjustable Arms # Y02634 is the only trunk bike rack confirmed to fit the 2014 Mini Countryman.
As long as your vehicle isn't a 'John Cooper Works' model, you could install a trailer hitch, like part # C11333 and then use a two bike hitch mounted rack like the Swagman Trailhead, part # S63360.
You could also carry bikes on the roof of your vehicle. You would need to install a roof rack, using the following parts:
47 inch SquareBars, part # TH712200 or WingBar # TH711200
Thule Podium foot pck, part # TH710601
Vehicle specific fit kit, part # TH186039
You might also be interested in a fairing like part # TH871XT
With the roof rack in place, you could then install bike racks like the Thule FastRide, part # TH95JV.
