This setup comes ready to go with 2 aero crossbars and 4 through feet, so you can get straight to loading up your gear. The aluminum bars are 57" long with a 165-lb weight capacity, giving you plenty of space and strength for cargo boxes, kayaks, or camping gear. The system installs directly to raised rails for a secure hold that feels solid on long drives.
Roof racks can whistle when air passes over them at speed. These aero-style bars are shaped to help manage airflow and reduce that noise. The push-down rubber strips in the top channels also help by sealing around your accessories, cutting down on vibration and keeping the ride quieter. You can stay focused on the road instead of the hum from above.
Whether you haul bikes, boards, or skis, this rack makes it easy to use your favorite attachments. The top channels accept hardware for channel-mount accessories, while the bar shape also works with clamp-on carriers. That flexibility means you can mix brands and gear types without worrying about fit.
If you leave your vehicle at a trailhead or hotel overnight, built-in lockable leg covers help deter theft of the rack. Once locked down, the entire setup stays where it should be—so your bars and mounts are ready to roll when you are.
The crossbars are made from sturdy aluminum with a black finish that looks clean and resists wear from weather and road grime. You get a dependable rack that holds up over time and keeps your gear stable trip after trip.

Hi, I'm Danny with etrailer. and today we're gonna take a look at, and I'm gonna show you how to install the Inno Aero Roof Rack on our 2023 Chevrolet Traverse. Traverses are bigger vehicles that can house a lot of people, but if you're on that trip with your family and all those seats are full, you're not gonna have a lot of room for luggage. So adding a roof rack is gonna be a great idea 'cause you can put cargo boxes up here, or even bike racks or kayak carriers. The Inno roof rack system is gonna be a really good quality system with some premium features. The most notable is it has this locking core.
Some of the other ones on the market, you would have to buy this separate. And another feature is you can move these anywhere on your raised rail. So this is really great if you have multiple accessories 'cause you can move 'em to whatever you need. You have two main components that come in your kit. You're gonna have your crossbar and your tower.
But starting here at the crossbar, you're gonna need to remove this end cap by pushing up on this tab, pulling this end cap off to get your accessory in. Now this is a little tight, so if you want something that's a little easier to access, then the Thule Wing Bar system, you actually can just flip this up and access your T slot. Now this one does have a weather seal in here that's integrated, which is really nice. You just push this down and slide in your accessory. Now moving down to the tower here, we'll get this removed with the key and that reveals a nice lever here that you can use to tighten your accessory.
And lastly, you have this rubber strap that will hug your existing raised rail on your Traverse. With this strap, you're not gonna have to worry about this being loose. It's gonna be nice and secure on your raised rail, but you may notice there is some gapping in here and that is normal. This will tighten down and be perfectly fine. Now I'll go ahead and get you a couple measurements.
So from the end cap to the end of our roof rail here is gonna be about four inches on either side. So that may not be enough space for your clamp-on accessories that you want to be further out, like kayak carriers or bike racks. Now we'll hop up top and give you some clearance measurements. The measurement from the top of the ridge to the bottom of the rail is gonna be about 2-3/4 so that'll be plenty of room for most clamp on accessories and measurement from the top of the rib to the top of the crossbar is gonna be about four inches. So that's good to know if you know the height of your accessory, you can go ahead and add that four inches and that'll tell you if you can pull in and out of garages safely. This roof rack is able to support 165 pounds, but do check your owner's manual and check the load capacity of your roof and go by the lesser of the two numbers. If you decide to get this roof rack system for your Traverse, then please let us know what kind of accessories you're using with it and how it looks on your vehicle and how it's serving you on your adventures in a review or comment. Now getting onto the install, this is a really easy system to set up, so if you're ready to follow along and I'll show you how to do it. We went ahead and installed the front crossbar on our Traverse and now I'll go ahead and show you how to install the rear. So first on the crossbar there's gonna be this slider. We're gonna wanna push that all the way back, push the square button. So we'll go inside. In this section you're gonna wanna put these prongs from your tower. So I'll get this lined up and then you just pull it. You do this on both sides and I'll go ahead and throw this on the vehicle. You can now set this on our raised rails. Now there is a front and back to this, it's kind of hard to tell, but one side is a little skinnier, one side's a little thicker, and that thicker part goes up towards the front of the vehicle. So I'll go ahead and get this on, make sure the rubber strap goes around our rail. The way we got this front one square to the vehicle is there's actually existing mounting holes on this raised rail. So we centered it in those. But if you don't have any mounting holes, you can just measure 'em from a common point on both sides, make sure they're square. And since these can go anywhere on your raised rails, you now wanna measure your accessory and get that distance between the T slots. So once you have that distance, you're gonna want to set these at that same distance. And I'm just measuring from T slot to T slot. And once I get the measurement on this side, I'll go to the other side and make sure they're square to each other. I'll go ahead and center these on the roof as well. So we just want to get a measurement on the overhang and make these equal on both sides. And I got about four inches from the handle to the end of our rail here. This rubber strap has a T on the end. We can pull this. Might take some force, but it'll eventually slide into the cradles. We can do this on both sides. These towers have a built-in knob where you can tighten 'em down and I would recommend tightening one a little bit and then going to the other side and tightening that one down so you tighten 'em down evenly. Last thing to do is to throw your end cap on. Lock it in place. You're ready to hit the road. And that was a look at our Inno Arrow Roof Rack on our 2023 Chevrolet Traverse.

Personal “can do”service!
PERFECT
looks great, easy to install
Works great
Extended length is helpful when loading large cargo
Excellent system. Even better when you consider the price. Thule and Yakima may have the name but Inno has the better product.
Works great super strong. Held my kayak through hurricane winds
Just installed it yesterday and it fits perfect, looks good and is very quiet on the freeway. I'll be sure to put it to use this weekend. Mahalo!
Great customer service, great product.
Noisy driving down the road. The whistle driving at 60mph is ridiculous and the best part, you can’t even exchange them! Thank you for making me look elsewhere for anything that you sell.
Fast shipping and well packaged product. Ordering was easy with the online guide
Very easy ordering process. Super friendly staff. Correct parts and the Inno rack turned out to be much higher quality than I anticipated. Overall, great experience!
Easy to install. Feel solid. I do hear a slight whistle at speed.
Great quality. Easy to install with some common sense as the directions aren't perfect. Locks and crome/black end caps give it a high end feel.
Solid, easy to adjust, and secure with the Inno aero bars on a 2013 VW Jetta Wagon. Thank you.
We have put these crossbars to work on several road trips and we are very happy with them..
easy purchase. when I changed vehicles, I needed new feet for my Aero Crossbars. These fit the style roof racks on my 2019 Jeep Cherokee. They were easy to install and took the locks I had from my other Inno mount these replaced. Love the racks,
Rack looks great on the car.
I've owned it for a year now and it is holding up very well.
Merry Christmas to me!! I love my new Inno Aero roof rack on my new 2024 Kia Telluride. I installed them last night so I'm ready to get out and about! This is definitely the look I was going for.
Happy Holiday's Everyone! And thank you, etrailer. Installation was easy and shipping was super fast.
Great product, awesome service!
Fits my 2020 Ford Explorer ST great.
Easy to remove for long trips.
This rack fit my 2024 Ford Maverick perfectly, although etrailer said it wouldn’t fit. I checked the fit guide on the Inno website, this was confirmed as an option for my truck. Installation went well, fit is perfect, really like the Inno products. Highly recommended. Unable to download photos, bummer.
Order arrived within two days. Racks look great and really work nice with the Telluride.
Works great! Just be mindful of clearance when entering parking garage at cruise terminal. Makes a Telluride almost 7’ tall and will NOT fit in Galveston, on issues fitting in New Orleans
the racks went on pretty easy (about an hour). They look slick and appear to be very stable. They do whistle between 25 and 35 miles/hr. However, I have come across that with most racks. Nonetheless, I am very happy with the profile, finish and utility.
