I do have a great solution for you, however the Ouray Crossbar that you referenced is actually no longer made by Rocky Mounts and we don't have any left in stock.
For a similar aero-style roof rack that will fit the raised rails on your 2015 Ford Flex I instead recommend the Inno Roof Rack that consists of # INXB145-2 for the two 57 inch Aero Crossbars and # INXS150 for the Through Feet. These sleek bars do feature integrated T-slots that allow you to easily attach compatible accessories and rubber strips (which are included) to keep dirt out and cut down on wind noise.
