looking for a 2inch front receiver for a 2023 or 2024 ford expedition to hold a fishing rod rack for 8 poles and large cooler? I have connections for the receiver and rod rack.

It appears you are going to need to have a front mount trailer hitch receiver fabricated for your 2023 or 2024 Ford Expedition as I do not see a custom fit aftermarket option available. We do have the Weld-On 2" Receiver # E17 which will aid in the fabrication of a custom receiver.
If this is not an option you like the only other I can recommend is installing a Inno Roof Rack with the Crossbars # INXB160-2 and Feet # INXS150 which will attach to the factory raised rails on your Expedition. Then you will be able to use the Inno Rod Box Rooftop Fishing Rod Carrier # IN52FR which can carry up to 8 outfitted rods up to 9' long.
