There is an Inno roof rack that fits a 2020 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab with a naked roof, though the part you mentioned is just a foot pack, and it doesn't work with the Inno rack systems that fit your Tacoma Double Cab. Instead, the Inno rack that fits is made up of the following parts:

- Inno Aero Crossbars # INXB145-2
- Inno Through Feet for Aero Crossbars # INXS250
- Custom Fit Kit # INK729
