Question:
Hello Support! I have a 2019 Chevy Traverse LS with NO roof side rails. So these look to be a cheaper alternative than buying the OEM side rails AND cross bars. However one thing that stuck out to me was that there doesnt seem to be any padding on the bracket that mounts between the door and frame. I noticed the padding on the bracket that sits on the roof though. My concern is that will could start rubbing and scratch the paint on the door frame. Do know of any solutions or is there padding for that part? Thanks!

Thanks for asking, and I'd be happy to clear up any confusion!
Firstly, the Inno Aero Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 57" Long # INXB145-2 with the Inno Through Feet for Aero Crossbars - Naked Roofs # INXS250 you mention is a great choice will work wonderfully with your Traverse!
However, in order to attach the feet # INXS250 to the naked roof of your 2019 Chevrolet Traverse, you are also going to need a fit kit.
For your vehicle with the Inno crossbars and Through feet, you'll need the Custom Fit Kit for Inno XS200, XS250, and INSU-K5 Roof Rack Feet # IN63FR.
This fit kit also does include a rubber padding that protects your vehicle's roof from the feet. With all those parts mentioned, you'll be all set to use any roof mounted accessory of your choosing!
If you have any other questions, feel free to reach back out and we'd be happy to take care of you.
