CAN I BUY JUST THE FOUR CLAMPING TOWERS WITHOUT THE CROSS BARS? I ALREADY HAVE INNO AERO BARS, JUST NEED THE RAIL CLAMPING TOWERS.

Yes, the feet are available without buying the Inno Aero Crossbars # INXB145-2. Assuming you have these 57" or the 60" bars you need the Inno Through Feet for Aero Crossbars # INXS150. If you have the 48" bars you will need the Inno Flush Feet # INXS100 instead.
