I have the bar 853-2341-07 which fit my suburban. Will the 853-2341-07 fit my 2004 Volvo XC90?

The Thule crossbar part 853-2341-07 is a special 47-1/4-inch square-style roof rack crossbar intended for their specialty rack TH440. It fits on the foot assembly # 753-3603.
The square bar roof racks from Thule that are made for your 2004 Volvo XC90 are much longer at 58-inches. These bars will not work on the car. I did call Thule to confirm and they advised there is no way to retro-fit your existing bars to the Volvo. Good thought though.
On the linked page you can see all roof rack systems confirmed to fit on the 2004 Volvo XC90 that has factory installed rails that run front to back. There are many options from Thule, Rhino-Rack and others and these include square bar systems as well as quieter aero-style bars like those in the Inno system made of parts # INXB130-2 and # INXS150.
