The product was sturdy and well made. The length was too short because I mismeasured but when I called to start a return they were very nice and helpful.
Appears to be just what was needed at a reasonable price. Have not been used yet but fits well where we needed it. The hooks could have been longer to fit deeper over edge.
Excellent product, my little grandson had a new bunkbed but because it was metal rungs were round and very uncomfortable to try to step up. Once this ladder was received he loved it

Great product (Bunkbed ladder) !! If the boys break this one, it will be when they are much older than they are now !! Very sturdily built !! I would recommend this ladder for anyone with boys or even smaller adults !! Easily assembled, good instructions !!
Bought this for grandchildren to reach the top bunk in our camper. Perfect size. The only negative is the rungs of the ladder are quite uncomfortable on bare feet. Not quite deep/ wide enough.
I am very pleased with the RV Bunk Ladder. I adjusted the length of the ladder to perfectly fit my needs on my Lance Camper. My back no longer hurts due to ease of climbing into the over cab bunk. The ladder is well made, attractive and sturdy.

Bought two of these for my daughter and her roommate to use for their bunkbeds in their dorm room. Work great! The school provided them a "ladder" on the end of their wood beds that required them to climb straight up and "leap" into bed. These ladders allow you put the steps at an angle, providing a better, safer climb. I highly recommend! They are both using these ladders in their second year!
