Can Surco RV Bunk Ladder # SP503B be Used on Bunk Beds Outside of an RV

Im trying to find a bunk bed ladder to fit my daughters bunk bed at her sorority. It is 58 3/4 high. Would one of your products work even though there made for rvs?
