I bought this regulator to replace a failing one on my van camper. The picture on your website is the exact model on the camper, but it is not what I received. I was a bit concerned because it is smaller,and I was afraid the hoses may not connect properly. But, it is OK. Unfortunately,I haven't been able to test it because I found that the critters around here have chewed a hole into the outlet hose. Most likely squirrels. It's always something!
This propane regulator is set at 30 psi which is what the original regulator was. Most regulators in the big box stores are for a grill that are set much lower and will not active the propane switch over. Plus the construction of this brand is much better than the original one on the trailer! Thanks for your great service and fast shipping!
This is what we needed to be replaced for our 2016 5th Wheel Cyclone Toy Hauler a new propane regulator. Installed and ready to go camping. My husband checks everything before we hit the road for our first camping weekend and I noticed the sound of the propane regulator was leaking.

Product is perfect and my husband did not have problem installing it.
I have installed it it seems that it is exactly as described. I will be using it this weekend for a mountain camping trip on my trailer. Hopefully it will work properly and everything will be okay. Will keep you posted.

Bought this propane regulator from etrailer.com when ours started a slow leak on our 2015 View 25V. Had it installed where we get our tank filled, and it only took 10 minutes and at no charge. The regulator fit perfectly and has worked without a leak or issue ever since.
Product is great so far and well made. Only problem is USPS is so slow to deliver took 15 days to get it, came from Missouri to N.Florida. I would use UPS or FedEx.
Bought this to replace a bad (leaking) LP regulator on my 5th wheel RV. The physical size was smaller than my original one, but the fitting size and specs were the same. This one has been installed a year now and still working great. Highly recommend and would by this again.

Product installed easy worked just fine. Good value. If you have a older unit similar model this one may be smaller in size but is the right regulator. Used this to fix my 5th wheel that the regulator failed on. Very well priced. Thanks

This is my second purchase from ETRAILER.com
My first purchase was a fifth wheel adapter for my F-450 that I new nothing about, I sent one email asking for help and got immediate response and was told exactly what I needed. This time I ordered a part under $20 and received an email on Sunday night from a staff me letting me know that he received my order and was able to ship it a day early. I just received this part and have yet to install as rv is in winter storage until April. I'm sure it will work fine. This regulator is much smaller than original but built to deliver same results. This is second time replacing. Process of elimination. Once again no use of propane from full tank on opposite side. Purchased new hose (11ft) and this regulator. Smelled propane. Immediately searched etrailer for replacement parts. Will update late once install is completed
This was replacing a failed strugis reg 14 months old.New reg failed this past August with your help sturgis replace it. Found another brand no problem yet.5 stars for etrailer service .

Part came fast and it still is working today
The valve works as described. The service from etrailer was excellent. Originally I was shipped the wrong valve but they made it right. etrailer shipped be the correct valve right away with no problems what so ever. Customer service five stars!
This regulator was a direct replacement for one that started to leak. Worked flawlessly last season. Haven’t used it yet this season.

GREAT! No leaks, and still works perfectly
The item is top quality, exactly what I needed and priced right. Shipping speed leaves a lot to be desired though, took a full week to get to me from the time I received the shipping confirmation. The service being used is not the best in my opinion. If you need a part fast, don't choose the economy shipping option.
Original regulator started leaking, found this here on etrailer and received it very quickly, easy install job and no more leak, back to being a happy camper.
Product is exactly as expected. A direct replacement for a leaking GR-630. Easy install.

Dang those little nibblers! I would replace the hoses with ones that have the stainless steel braid around it. Can be more expensive, but they are a lot less likely to be chewed through by hungry and/or curious creatures. We actually have a bunch of options for this and if you tell me what you are looking for, I can see what we have available. But I'm glad we had the right part for you, Michael! Hopefully you get to go out and use it soon! : )
