Question:
We purchased a 30 lb refillable propane tank to use with our home stove. I am trying to figure out what size and type of flow regulator I need for this? First picture is the current regulator that comes with the 100 lb tank supplied by the propane company. This type has a metal tube that goes directly in the tank. Second and third picture are the new tanks connection and my stove line connection. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

All you need here is a Type 1 connection like # 100473-12 and a single stage regulator like the MB Sturgis Single Stage Propane Regulator # 108072 for your 30lb refillable tank.
This is a standard hose that connects to your tank goes to the single state regulator like what you have. If you need a hose to go from the regulator to your stove, send me a picture of the connection on the stove and I'll see if we have what you need. I would also need to know how long you need it to be.
Included are video resources for additional information.
