Today we're going to take a look at the JR Products, horizontal, low pressure 2-stage RV LP gas regulator. Now this low pressure 2-stage gas regulator will ensure a nice, smooth, continuous flow of gas to all your appliances by combining a high pressure first stage and a low pressure second stage regulator all into one. If you notice on this one right here, it has a quarter-inch female FPT inlet connection to connect to your gas cylinder. And on the other end, right here is a three eighths inch, female FPT outlet connection. Now the vent itself, you can see the vent. This is the vent right here, and you hold it like that.
That shows that it's in the nine o'clock vent position. And you do want to make sure when you Mount this regulator, that it's mounted with the vent pointing down so that water and debris will not collect it in a regulator.So that's why this would be need to install in the horizontal position. And that's why it's called the horizontal regulator. Right up here at the top they do have a screw or an Allen bolt that you can unscrew there. And that'll give that's a gauge port that gives you a place that you can attach a pressure gauge if you prefer.
This is all made of a zinc die-cast construction does use molded rubber diaphragms. It is UL approved, and you'll notice it has this plastic dust cover that you can unscrew and gain access to your adjustable screw to adjust the pressure in the regulator. It is powder-coated. The BTU capacity on this regulator is 225,000 BTUs per hour. Now I do want to mention that also comes with a nice set of detailed instructions on how it works and how it installs.
But I wanted to mention also we do sell a regulator cover to protect this regulator. Now that's sold separately on our website happen to pull it right here. This is for the horizontal regulator. This is part number 37207-30305 and that's designed to clip right onto the regulator, just like that. You clip it into place and that'll protect it and keep anybody from accessing this adjustment.

regulator is a good replacement for malfunctioning regulator.
Problem was receiving product on the road. Product took unusual amount of time to ship, USPS. Ordered second regulator, received that one at my residence, all in all paid for two regulators. Etrailer says they never received the first regulator on return shipping, campground says they returned package to shipper, I could not wait for the package (pkg was on 5 day delivery I returned to campground 2-3 weeks later no pkg) Trials of ordering stuff on the road. Very frustrating but who do you blame. Meanwhile I could not use my propane and did not get a refund.

I was SO happy to find this part. It is the exact replacement of the one on my motorhome that started leaking from the crimps, as they eventually can. I am a long time etrailer customer, but I had first looked at [online vendor](quicker delivery, similar price) as I was in a hurry. Turns out [online vendor] won't deliver this item to California (???), so I was happy to wait. Over the long haul, etrailer is well worth it for their excellent stock of replacement parts of items bought from them over the years.Plus the staff is so helpful and well-informed- not something that ever happens at [online vendor]. etrailer rocks!

The product was delivered as agreed. The regulator was an exact replacement, and was easy to install underneath my class B motorhome. All propane leaks are gone, and all propane-powered devices are working properly.

This regulator was installed as original equipment on my motor home. It started leaking Propane after only 34,000 miles and 2.5 years. I only bought this one because I could only replace the failed one with an exact replacement. I hope this one last longer than the original !

Without knowing the fittings I can't be sure but since that should be the inlet to your regulator it probably has a 1/4 inch male fitting on the end going into the regulator and a 1/4 inch female on the other.
