Question:
Apologies, I just submitted this with the wrong email. this .bizinch is my correct email. My Kwikee Series 25 gear is stripping. I know I need to replace that but im trying to see if I also need to replace the arm that connects from the gear to the steps. See attached photo. Is it normal it to droop like that?

I didn't receive a photo but the Replacement Entry Step Gear for Kwikee 24 and 25 Series Electric RV Steps item # LC369354 you were looking at is the correct replacement gear for a Kwikee Series 25 step.
We also have the Replacement Motor with Gear and Table for Kwikee 24 and 25 Series Electric RV Steps item # LC369529 but if you need the motor, gear, table, and controller then you can use the Replacement Motor with Table for Kwikee 25 Series Electric RV Steps item # LC379804. The arm and gear are not available seperately.
Additionally, the small gear that is on motor 1820124, which is the Lippert Components Kwikee Step Motor for 25 Series item # LC369506 has not been made available as a separate replacement part. If that gear is damaged on your Kwikee 25 Series you would need to get the entire motor assembly.
