My water heater arrived with the box poorly taped and one corner damaged.the front of the water heater sheet metal was bent but not to difficult to straighten (light gage metal).I then installed,wired and plumed worked just great.

3 time dealing with e trailer needed a hot water heater fast , camping world was close,but e trailer assured me I could get it the next day ,and they did! Direct replacement for my Atwood 10 gal.
Arrived ahead of shipping schedule and was fairly easy to install (slightly complicated by my by-pass valve and no access from the rear of the unit in my RV).
Couldn't be happier with the e-trailer transaction. Nice to have a fully functioning water heater again.
