Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, I'm gonna take a look at this GE Profile 120 volt 10 gallon gas or electric RV water heater. Has a 10,000 BTU per hour rating. And as you can see, this one comes with the black door. Now, this is a seamless installation, so this will get you back on the road without any extra steps or modifications to make things work. This is the GE Profile.

It is designed with the standard RV water heater cutouts in mind. So it makes replacement of an old unit straightforward and stress-free. As we mentioned, if you notice, this one includes the black access door for seamless installation and operation. And the way that door operates, just to show you, if you'll notice at the top, there's these two round clips. If you just flip those up and then just turn them until they go through the slots in the door, then you can see the door releases, opens completely.

It's on a hinge, and then you have access to everything you need. And then when you're done and you need to close it up, just push it back. And those clips are spring loaded, so just pull them out, flip them back down, pull it out, flip it back down, and you can see it holds that door in place. Makes it very easy access to everything you need. Now, this does give you an ample hot water supply.

It has a 10 gallon capacity, so this water heater ensures you're gonna have plenty of hot water for showers, dish washing, and other needs during your travels. If I flip it all the way to the back, you'll see the red collar on this end. This is the hot water outlet. The blue collar down here is the cold water inlet. Now, we mentioned it's a versatile dual fuel operation, so you can use LP gas and/or 120 volt AC.

So flexibility's the key when you're on the road. So this water heater's gonna give you the option to use both gas and electric heating, either together for maximum efficiency or separately depending on your power availability.
