Hello I have a pd4645v converter and was needing a new transfer switch. is the PD5110010Q the right one ? Thank you

Hey Colin,

The Progressivie Dynamics Converter # PD4645V is a replacement converter section for your power distribution center, and does not have anything to do with a transfer switch. What is the model number of the transfer switch you have now?

The # PD5110010Q will work for you if you have a 30 amp service in your camper, but without knowing the model number of your current transfer switch I do not know if it's going to be a direct replacement. Pretty much all transfer switches wire up the same, so as long as you do for sure actually have a transfer switch, and 30 amp service, this can be made to work.

What do you have in the camper that provides power other than the shore power? A generator or inverter?

The transfer switch was a suitable replacement for my 30 amp Sunseeker motor home. Very easy install.

The transfer switch worked out perfectly, the quick flip connections are simple to use and should be an upgrade from the factory, my transfer switch connections became loose and shorted out, I would also recommend checking your converter connections, I had several that were not torqued down. I trust the E-trailer team members I have always had great service from them. I have a 2018 Forester 3051S Class C.

First i want to say i highly recommend etrailer. They were spot on with knowledge & service. The PD5110010Q worked perfect and still does. I have a 2017 sunseeker/30amp. This install works perfect. Actually,i felt, better than original unit. The connections were more secure & easier to work with. You are working in small spaces. I hope this helped.

The Progressive Dynamics 30 amp RV Transfer Switch was the perfect component for adding a Lithium Iron Phosphate Solar Generator to my RV. It has worked flawlessly since it was installed.

I only needed to buy a transfer switch cuz I was installing a RENOGY 2000 w inverter. So you need a transfer switch that the main 30 amp line goes into first and then out of that would go back to your breaker panel once you have everything hooked up that you want to have hooked up to that transfer switch IE generator, shore power.... It was a very easy unit to work with and I love the quick connects. They're awesome! !!!!! I would highly recommend...
