I currently have PD5110010, with no letter at the end. I am needing a replacement and not sure what I need.

The Progressive Dynamics Transfer Switch with Quick Flip Connectors # PD5110010Q you were looking at is the correct replacement for a PD5110010 Transfer Switch. It comes with quick flip connectors to make installation easy peasy. I've attached a picture of the wiring diagram below to help you with this process.
