Infrared LED Night Vision

LED Night Vision

This camera has 8 infrared LED night vision lights that produce a clear, quality picture and give you the flexibility to back up your RV in low-light conditions at dusk or in complete darkness at night.

Camera with Built-in Microphone and Monitor with Speaker

Cam-Mic-Monitor Speaker

The built-in microphone on your camera is the perfect tool for backing up your RV. The microphone allows a friend or family member to relay information and instruction to you through your monitor's speaker, providing peace of mind as you work together to safely maneuver your RV.

Rear Assist Marker Lines

No more wondering if you're getting too close to that other vehicle. The rear assist marker lines take the guesswork out when backing up. This helpful tool displays reference points of objects within your view to avoid collisions and safely maneuver your RV.

Motion Detection

Motion Detection

The motion detect feature allows you to set the motion sensitivity level of your camera to low, medium, or high. On the low setting, your camera will not detect a pesky raccoon until it's very close or already in your garbage, whereas on high setting, it will detect the raccoon approaching from further away. Your monitor will automatically illuminate to alert you once motion is detected.

Auto-Off

Auto-Off

The auto-off setting is a great power saving option. Working in conjunction with the motion detect setting, this feature allows you to limit the amount of time your monitor stays on. Once motion is detected, you can program your monitor to power off after 10, 20, or 30 seconds of inactivity. The LCD auto off option will only power down the illuminated screen while keeping the monitor on.

Quad Split or H Split Display

Quad-H-Split Display

The quad split or H split display allows you to view up to 4 camera angles at once (additional cameras sold separately). Depending on your camera setup, you can view blind spots behind your RV or on each side of it while driving down the road or backing up.

  • Picking Between GM Trailer Wiring Adapters for Use with Furrion Vision S
So I really like the hardwire adapter solution part # VGR64VR since it's more permanent and allows you to use the Furrion Vision S # FOS07TASF with a newer GM truck. If you planned to power the turn signal cameras with the running light circuit you'd only need to use one of these adapters. But if you wanted to use the turn signals as trigger wires you'd need three of the adapters or the part # FR87PR.

  • Wire Color Functions For The Furrion Vision S Side Marker Camera Lights
The wire colors/functions of the Furrion side marker lights # FCE48TASL are as follows: Red: V+ Camera - This is your 12v power for the camera and would need to be connected to the 12v power wire ran from your junction box to the light. Black: Ground - This goes to the ground wire ran from you junction box to the light or just directly to the frame, depending on your setup. Yellow: Trigger - This is only used if you connect it to the left/right turn signal. Typically it just gets capped...

  • Still Having Signal Issues with My Furrion S7 After Installing the 7 Way Adapter # FR87PR GMC
Hello Richard, It sounds like you're having a pretty common problem with the Furrion S7 camera and your 2024 Denali 2500. The “signal out” message usually means the camera isn’t getting clean or steady power through the trailer plug. You did the right thing by trying that 7-way adapter # FR87PR sometimes that fixes it, but as you found out not always. Yes, you will want to order the 12V PWM Filter for RV Backup Camera Systems - Hardwire # VGR64VR. It helps clean up the power going to...

  • Recommended Camera And TPMS Systems For A 2017 Forest River Sierra 379FLOK 5th Wheel
At this time there isn't a great all in one kit for TMPS and rear camera but I still do have some great options for you. For the camera system Furrion is the way to go. The base would be the Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System w/ Night Vision 4.3" Screen # FOS43TASF, which is great but doesn't allow for additional cameras. If you get the 5" # FOS05TASF or 7" # FOS07TASF versions then you'll be able to add on side cameras and one more rear camera that people typically place...

  • Is The Trigger Wire Required For Furrion Vision S Side View Cameras?
The trigger wire on both the Drivers # FR85MR and Passenger # FR28NR side cameras is not required if your camper does not have a turn signal function on the front side marker lights. Without having the trigger wire available this simply means you will have to manually select the camera to view on the screen rather than having it automatically come on when you use your turn signals. These cameras are only compatible with the Vision S monitor and rear camera systems. If you have any other...

  • Parts Needed For A Trailer Prewired For A Furrion Vision S RV Camera System
Hey Matt, The Shark Fin Camera Mounting Bracket # FRCBRKT-BL you have would still require you to purchase the whole system, it just means your installation is going to be a lot easier since your trailer is already prewired. You'll take the four tiny screws out that hold the cover to the mounting bracket and reveal the wire harness that you'll plug the camera into. I typically just reuse the original screws but you can also use the new ones with the camera system. I would definitely hold...

  • Can Furrion Vision S be Wired to Constant 12V Power for Travel
Great question! The only way to get the Furrion Vision S # FOS07TASF to stay powered on constantly is to power it directly to a 12V power circuit like your battery. Most people hook it up directly to the running lights so they can turn the camera on and off easily while driving, but you can get power to it however you like. One thing to keep in mind is that if you do power it directly via your battery bank, you can potentially drain your batteries in the off-season if you don't have your...

Hey Joe, the Voyager VOM7SN was long ago discontinued and Voyager changed their technology so there isn't a replacement monitor that will work. The only option we can offer is a new system that would replace the monitor and the cameras, like the Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System w/ Night Vision - Rear Mount - 7" Screen # FOS07TASF. This wireless too so you wouldn't have to have a wired connection between the camera and the monitor. Or if you don't mind a system with a...

  • Is there a Furrion Camera that Will Hook Up to My Informative in My 2025 Silverado 3500?
Hello Loren, Congrats on the new Chevy 3500! What’s your favorite feature so far? We have a Furrion camera system that’s ready to plug into the pre-wired mount on your Grand Design Reflection 273MK, but it will require a second monitor in the cab of your truck. Furrion camera systems are built to function only with their dedicated monitors. They use a unique 2.4 GHz wireless signal that does not support integration with other screens, including your vehicle’s factory infotainment system....

  • What is Best RV Backup Camera System
Hey Leigh, the Furrion Vision S observation systems are the best and most reliable options out there as they have proven to have the best reception and overall reliability. For a version that comes with a 5 inch monitor we have the part # FOS05TASF or for a version with a 7 inch monitor part # FOS07TASF. Or if you wanted to be extra fancy we have a version that includes side cameras too with the part # FR98NR.

  • Tip to Make Furrion Vision S Monitor Appear Brighter
Since you already tried adjusting the brightness the only other solution would be to relocate the monitor to an area that has a darker lit background so that the brightness of the screen can stand out more. I am sorry to hear it's not working well for you, this is definitely not a common complaint with this setup.

  • Is There A Cable To Connect A Furrion Vision S Camera To The Monitor Power Cord
Hi Brian, Furrion unfortunately doesn't offer a cable to run from the camera to monitor power cord on the Furrion Vision S # FOS07TASF camera system if that's what you're looking for. The cable jack on the monitor power cord is a backup to get the camera and monitor close enough to each other to test the camera if you were having issues. Based on the picture I'm assuming you're installing this on an excavator or some other heavy equipment machine? You'll need to either run wiring from...

  • Does Furrion 7-Way Vehicle Power Adapter Supply 12V Power
The # FR87PR is an adapter that keeps pulse width modulation (PWM) from interfering with Furrion backup cameras. This plugs in-line with your 7-way and is not a 12V power supply of any kind. I'm assuming you're trying to power a monitor like the one found with the # FOS07TASF. Since you don't have a 12V outlet in the cab of your 2024 Chevy Silverado 1500 you can add one using the # RM-9332 you looked at.

  • Does 12V PWM Filter Have to Install Directly Behind Camera
Hi Florian; as long as you get the 12V PWM Filter for RV Backup Camera Systems # VGR64VR installed in-line with the power/ground source for your camera you can install it wherever you want on the trailer. It doesn't have to be right behind the camera itself. If you can access it in that junction box that is perfectly acceptable.

  • Are Any of the New Furrion Systems Compatible with the Older Furrion FOS48TA-BL
Hey T, unfortunately there are no Furrion in place upgrades that are going to work with your current system. Your only solution is to upgrade the entire system with a new one like the Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System w/ Night Vision # FOS05TASF which has a 5" screen. I know it's not ideal, but Furrion does not let you use their newer bigger stuff with their older stuff.

Hey Shane, your 2023 Sunset Trailers Sunray 149 was actually pre-wired for a Way Interglobal camera system like the part # 324-000002 but if you wanted to go with a Furrion part # FOS07TASF you certainly could as it's not that different. You'd just need to remove the bracket on your trailer and cut off the wire connector so that you can mount the camera bracket and install the connector of the Furrion kit to it. While I don't know the exact functions of the wires on your trailer that you'll use to wire up the camera of the Furrion Vision S part # FOS07TASF that you have I can definitely help. You will need a circuit tester like the part # PTW2993 to test the voltage of the wires to determine which two have power when the running lights of the trailer are on. From there you can assume other two are for ground. The power wire of the Furrion runs to the running light wire and the ground to the ground...
