This setup gives you everything you need to start hauling gear—two 60" WingBar Evo crossbars, four Evo Flush Rail feet, and a custom fit kit. Once installed, it’s ready for the next trip whether you’re hauling kayaks, bikes, or a cargo box. The solid aluminum construction supports up to 165 lbs while keeping weight low, so you can carry plenty without adding bulk.
Ordinary crossbars can hum and whistle at highway speeds. The WingBar Evo uses an aerodynamic profile that helps quiet the ride. Split rubber strips in the top channels reduce wind noise and vibration while sealing out weather. You get a smoother, quieter trip without having to modify anything.
These bars make it easy to switch between your favorite accessories. The top channels work with channel-mount attachments, and the bars also accept clamp-on mounts. Whether it’s a kayak cradle, ski rack, or cargo carrier, you can mount it quickly without tools or extra adapters.
With some racks you have to cut rubber strips to fit accessories into the tracks. Thule made this simpler—the split strip design lets you slide mounts right into the top channel with no trimming needed. The strips close back around the mount to keep things tight and help limit noise while driving.
When you park at the trailhead or roadside stop, you can protect your setup by adding Thule One-Key System locks (sold separately). They let you secure both the rack and any channel-mounted gear using one key, giving peace of mind when your gear’s on the roof instead of in sight.
