These lightweight yet tough aluminum crossbars are built for demanding trips. With a weight capacity of 220 lbs, the Thule ProBar Evo gives you the strength to carry kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, and cargo boxes without worry. The 69" long bars provide plenty of space, and the overhang design gives you more mounting area for wider gear setups.
Each bar features three mounting channels—on the top, back, and bottom—so you can attach multiple channel-mount accessories at once. Whether you’re loading up for a weekend on the water or a cross-country move, this design keeps your setup flexible. The slots accept channel-mount gear, while the bars also work with clamp-on accessories if that’s what you prefer.
No one likes constant whistling at highway speeds. The rubber strips on these bars help reduce drag and wind noise so your drive stays peaceful. You’ll still hear the road and your favorite playlist instead of wind buffeting over your roof.
If your gear stays mounted overnight or when you park at a trailhead, security matters. The rack is ready for Thule’s One-Key System locks (sold separately), giving you a way to deter theft of the rack itself and anything attached to it—all with one key.
You want a system that can handle anything from daily commutes to cross-state camping adventures. The sturdy aluminum build resists corrosion and keeps its strength trip after trip. It’s backed by Thule’s limited lifetime warranty, so you can trust it to stay solid for years of hauling and exploring.

You could always use a fairing like, part # TH22WV to prevent some of that wind noise. As for the returns policy, its only if the product has been installed that we can not accept the return.

Bars are still working out awesome. The only time I notice any noise is when cartooning item with cover. It is the cover that makes noise. Not the bars. This has been remedied by placing foam pool noodle between lead bar and roof. If you use thicker size noodle just wedge in place. If using thinner size pool noodle a wrap or two of duct tape holds in place. Viola no sound from above.
