Will Thule Hullavator 897XT Fit Thule ProBar Evo Crossbars

I have a Hullavator 897xt that I want to mount on a Thule ProBar. Do you have any suggestions? I realize that this Hullavator was designed to fit on square bars but it looks like the mount bar is drilled to mount into a T-slot. Also, should I use TH57BH mount covers? Thx.

Hi Mike; I wish I had better news but the old Hullavator 897XT cannot be adapted to fit Thule ProBar Evo Crossbars like # TH713600. If you want to use those crossbars the only solution is to sell your current Hullavator and get the new Thule Hullavator Pro # TH898 which is compatible with the ProBar.

Hey Mike, did you end up switching to the Hullavator Pro for your ProBar setup? Knowing how that worked out could help others trying to upgrade from the older 897XT.
