Today we're taking a look at the replacement trunnion spring bars for weight distribution systems. Now these bars replace the trunnion spring bars on the Fastway E2 weight distribution systems. What you see on the table is what you get in the box. So it comes with two spring bars, has the trunnions bolts, lock washers and nylon lock nuts already installed. Really nice design. This is an exact replacement for what came original with your weight distribution system.
Tongue weight capacity is engraved right here on the end of the bar. So these bars are rated with a tongue weight of 1,200 pounds. They're made from a nice durable steel construction, black powder coated finish keeps them safe from rust and corrosion. On the underside, they do have that rough steel portion, which allows the friction sway control to take effect between the bar and the bracket that runs along the trailer frame.That's going to do it for today's look at the replacement trunnion spring bars for the E2 weight distribution systems.

I was in the market for a new weight displacement trailer hitch for our new truck and travel trailer. We traded our smaller travel trailer in for a larger unit and the current hitch was on borderline for towing the new trailer. I contacted the folks at "etrailer" on recommendations on a new hitch. They advised me that I could upgrade my current hitch with new heavier rated spring arms instead of purchasing a complete hitch. Their recommendations saved me over $200. "etrailer" is a first class organization that is willing to help customers solve their problems. I have used their services in the past and I will do so in the future. Great Job "etrailer"!

New spring bars work as expected.
First time to order and I found the experience favorable. Ordered Replacment WDH Replacment Bars with a higher rated 1200 lbs tongue weight. Generally when you order heavy bulky items your guaranteed to see a torn box with parts missing. Not with etrailer, their packaging arrived in a heavy duty box inside another heavy duty box. Very well secured and No tape or damage to carton at all. etrailer needs to hold a glass for all other companies that ship heavy items, you could teach them a thing or two. One being how to keep a customer happy by having your product arrive in top notch shape and ready to install. I except the WDH Replacment bars to work like a charm. Thanks for making a good first impression on me, I'll look to purchase more products from etrailer in the future.
Product is as expected but perhaps these were assembled at Etrailer since the manufacturer sells them 1 + 1 pieces. The lock washers were on the bolt head side not the nut and the NyLoc nuts had zero thread protrusion. One wants 2.5 threads past the nut minimum. I just flipped the bolt around and tightened them to full torque so only 4 minutes of re-work. Packing and shipping was fast and smartly packed ! Just double check hardware position when you get these; etrailer if you assembled these have a sit down with assemblers regarding hardware and torque.
bought them for my new travel trailer but havent taken delivery of it yet. New trailer hitch weight and trailer weight increased so i needed new spring bars for my e2 system. delivery was fast and package was not damaged like other delivery companies.
I have not towed with these yet, but it gave me a great option to upgrade my E2 system. I bought a heavier trailer, and these should help. The construction is obviously more heavy duty than the 800/8000, and the fit is perfect. This is my first order from etrailer, and I will say that the shipping was super fast, and the notifications were right on.
Above and beyond excellent service. I placed the order online, but called to get faster shipping. The rep found my order and the parts I needed for a trip arrived early in the morning at my house on the day we were leaving. Excellent service, fast delivery and the exact parts I needed!
Although it took forever for this product to get back in stock (to where I almost had to cancel my order), once it did, they did a decent job getting it out the door and shipped to my address in time for our upcoming camping trip. So far so good - hopefully the product will do its job. Only time will tell.
Just what I needed at an excellent price. Free shipping on my parts was a plus. Parts were shipped the same evening of ordering. I was surprised at the expected delivery date, even better yet, they arrived a day early.
Great Product. Does a great job of stabilizing my toyhauler's excessive tongue weight and love the E2's built in sway control.
Upgraded to these bars for new heavier travel trailer. They work like the original smaller bars. No issues.
