Question:
Presently I have a E2 trunnion wdh with 800 hitch weight with 8000 pound bars. I need to upgrade to 1200 hitch weight with 12,000 pound bars, can I just buy the bars or do I have to buy the head also?

Expert Reply:
The head that is used on your current system # FA92-00-0800, is the same head on the beefier Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control # FA92-00-1200, so you shouldn't have to upgrade the head.
For the 12,000lb bars, you can use the Replacement Trunnion Spring Bars for Fastway e2 Weight Distribution Systems # FA92-01-1299.
