I’m trying to make sure I order the correct one. Thanks Fast way e2 replacement head/ 12000 pound with square bars from 2017

For a Fastway e2 weight distribution system the correct head for a 12,000 kit would be the # FA92-02-1255 that you referenced. This matches the picture you attached. Then for replacement spring bars you'd need # FA92-01-1299.
