  No, it does not. The Passenger Side K-Source Custom Extendable Towing Mirror item # KS62073G tilts in slightly to follow the contour of your Sierra 3500's A pillar.   We have tow mirrors that fit your 2006 GMC Sierra that cover all of the features you want with the exception of the power fold. The best option we have is the K-Source Tow Mirrors part # KS62075-76G which are heated, have power adjustability, and turn signals in the mirrors but do not power fold.
