No, it does not. The Passenger Side K-Source Custom Extendable Towing Mirror item # KS62073G tilts in slightly to follow the contour of your Sierra 3500's A pillar. I attached a picture below so you can see it installed. It's slight but definitely won't be level. This is just for the passenger side. If you need the complete set you will want item # KS62073-74G.
