Question:
I have the power extender mirrors on my 2004 Chevrolet 2500 HD that are not working. Will these mirrors work?

Expert Reply:
As far as a custom slide-on type of mirror, we do not have an option if the vehicle came with the power extending mirrors. For a pair of mirrors that will fit in the same foot print of the factory mirrors that you can manually extend take a look at the K Source mirrors # KS62073-74G. There are also options that have electric mirror face adjustments, turn signals, and heat if the factory mirrors had those functions. I have linked the mirrors we carry for your truck.
You also might want to determine why the factory mirrors are no longer working. It could be a blown fuse or relay. Consult the vehicle owners manual for the locations of any fuses or relays related to the mirrors.
