Question:
I have a 2001 Silverado 2500 HD crew cab, long bed Duramax. In 2007 I bought a pair of after market side mirrors. These mirrors are manually extended, heater, electric large mirror small mirror manual adjustment, no heat with turn signals. We are on an extended trip right now so I dont have a brand name. They are horizontal and the manufactured in Austraila. Recently we were side swiped on the freeway and the passenger side mirror was partially destroyed. I need to replace both mirrors as I dont think I can find a match for the driver side mirror. Will the base on subject mirrors fit on my truck? Please advise. Thanks.

I have a solution for you, but the part # KS62093-94G is for newer models of the Silverado so I can't recommend them for your 2001 Chevy Silverado. Instead I would recommend the # KS62073-74G as they are similar and will fit your vehicle.
These mirrors will fit the mirror base on your truck and would work well.
