I have 2000 GMC Sierra with power windows. Does these mirrors have power or are they manual?

The K-Source Custom Extendable Towing Mirrors # KS62073-74G that you referenced are confirmed to fit your 2000 GMC Sierra but they are manual mirrors.
If you have electric mirrors you would like to retain the function of we have a couple options. I recommend the K-Source Universal Dual Lens Towing Mirrors # KS3990 or Custom Slip On # CM10800. Both options keep your current mirror housing and functions and add a manual mirror for increased visibility when used.
