I have a 2002 Silverado 2500 hd that would like to put heated tow mirrors. It had power adjust mirrors currently will then heated mirror portion work or need anything to wwork properly

Since the K-Source tow mirror part # KS62073-74G is fully manual it will not have any of the function available that you mentioned. We don't currently carry any replacement towing mirrors that have the functions you mentioned. If you want to keep your current mirror functions, then you can use the K-Source Universal Dual Lens Towing Mirrors # KS3990 or Custom Slip On # CM10800.
