Question:
I am wanting to replace my mirrors on my 2004 chevy Silverado 2500hd. It is a base model so it does not have plugs for heated/ mirrors with turn signals. My question is does my truck have plug’s already behind the door panel or do I have to wire them up from scratch

Expert Reply:
Your 2004 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD will not have the connectors for installing the K-Source Custom Extendable Towing Mirrors - Electric/Heat w LED Signal # KS62075-76G. You would have to get the factory modules and wiring to make these functions work off the factory switches. We do have the Manual Mirrors # KS62073-74G as well if you do not want to deal with the additional wiring that would need to be added.
