  In regards to full replacement towing mirrors, you can't upgrade to gain features. Therefore, the ones you need to use on your 2018 Ram 2500 are the K-Source Custom Flip Out Towing Mirrors part # KS60195-96C. These have power adjustment and heat with a manual fold. I cannot advise on steps to upgrade your truck's mirrors unfortunately as it could take new switches, wiring harness, etc which we don't offer.
