Troubleshooting Loss Of Function With K-Source Custom Towing Mirrors

Question:

I bought a pr of towing mirrors for my 20 ram and I lost power to adjust mirrors on both sides I plugged in my old mirrors and they work just fine ?

Hey David,

The K-Source Custom Flip Out Towing Mirrors # KS60195-96C are a confirmed fit for a 2020 Ram 1500 Classic so that leads me to believe that either the mirrors had a defect from the manufacturer or that there's and issue with the connection between the factory wiring and mirrors. Check to make sure there isn't some sort of debris or even a bent pin in the connectors. If you find nothing then try re connecting the wire harnesses and retest the functions. It could be as simple as the connectors not fully pressing into each other.
