Hi There, A couple of years ago, I bought a TracRac TracOne from you all. Been a great product. However, a screw in one of the legs sheared off! I need a new leg and the hardware to connect it. I dont see replacement black legs in the webstore. Would love some help. Thanks,

To replace the broken tower leg on your Thule TracRac TracONE Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH27000XTB we have the following parts:
(Part # 28) Replacement Modular Upright # TA8523446002
(Part # 13) Replacement Modular Base # TAPT-27008-02
(Part # 7) Replacement 0.375" x 1.5" Flat Head Screw # TH49MW
(Part # 25) Replacement Modular Saddle # TH78MH
(Part # 15) Replacement 3/8"-16 x 5/8" Button Head Screw # TAHD-27051
Each of these parts come together to make the tower leg and attach to the crossbar. I've attached a diagram from the instruction manual showing the parts and their numbers.

I had the same issue with the screw shearing off after a year of use. It's a nice rack but maybe think about changing the hardware if this is a common occurrence.
