Do you carry a ladder rack that will work on a 2025 F150 Lightning with a Peragon LimitedHdx tonneau cover?

We sure do Brian. The Peragon Limited Hdx tonneau covers leave the stake pockets exposed so you can install the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack item # TH43002XT-508. This sliding ladder rack has a 1,200 lbs capacity and comes with all hardware necessary to complete the installation.
The slotted crossbars accept a wide variety of accessories and the system includes four aluminum load stops. These heavy-duty load stops will allow you to safely secure any lumber or tools when headed to the jobsite.
The Thule TracRac TracONE Ladder Rack item # TH27000XTB, you were looking at, will not work with your cover due to the mounting clamps having to attach to your bed rails in the same spot.
