Features to know about

Runs Smooth and Quiet on the Road: Dual Motors with Vibration Dampeners

The Furrion Chill HE Replacement RV Air Conditioner keeps noise and shake to a minimum. Dual motors move cool air faster and more efficiently than a single motor setup, while rubber dampeners on the compressor cut down vibration and rattles. You can relax inside even when the unit’s working hard to drop the temperature.

Keeps Cool Air Flowing When Power Is Low: Built-In Start Capacitor

Some campsites don’t have strong power, but this AC has a built-in start capacitor to help it kick on anyway. It stores energy ahead of time so the compressor can start smoothly even when voltage dips or a small generator is all that’s available. You get steady cooling without tripping breakers or overloading your setup.

Built to Handle the Elements: UV-Resistant Cover and Thermal Protection

The outer cover blocks water, debris, and UV rays to keep internal parts safe. Inside, EPP foam housing adds insulation that holds in cool air and helps prevent motors from overheating. It’s protection that keeps performance consistent through hot days and rough weather.

Simple Swap for Existing Systems: Direct Replacement for Furrion Chill Setup

This 13,500 Btu rooftop unit is made to replace your existing Furrion Chill AC without rewiring or major changes. It fits ducted or non-ducted systems and bolts right into place using your current setup. You get efficient cooling performance in a familiar footprint at 34-13/16" long x 27-9/16" wide x 13-9/16" tall with a weight of 76 lbs.

Solid Cooling Power You Can Count On: 11.2-Amp Draw at 115V

With an energy efficiency ratio of 7.1 and a power draw of 11.2 amps while running, this unit balances cooling strength with manageable energy use. It uses R410A refrigerant and delivers up to 13,500 Btu per hour—enough to take the edge off fast when summer heat builds up inside your space.

The air conditioner was shipped very fast. Received the unit two days before the original shipment date. The serviceman installed the unit and it is working fine. Only thing the fed-ex ship in on the side of the box and placed the unit in my shed upside down because your shipping department didn’t tape the bottom of the box that can damage a air conditioner!! Time Will tell!! Thank you Kelly for everything!!! Eddie Paparo

The unit keeps tripping the breaker

The service on the telephone was excellent! My shipment was sent out promptly and I received it on time as promised. I will definitely purchase from E Trailer again.

This A/C works well, 65F cold air, but the controller or Thermostat or both hare junk!

by:

I purchased a replacement RV Air Conditioner for my Camper. The customer service was excellent and from ordering my unit to delivery, everything went as smooth as it could be. equipment installed and working great. Thanks for your support

by:

Installed this unit in about an hour. True plug and play!! I had to use different holes in the bracket inside, but fit perfect. The only challenge I had for being 63 years old is getting it on the roof and the old unit down. The John Deere with front end loader with forks and a pallet did the trick! Thanks to my wife who is always ready to dial 911!! Thanks to Alyssa J for your help with the purchase. Also, the Dometic distribution box and thermostat worked with the Furrion.

by:

My purchase went as smoothly as could be. It arrived quickly and exactly as it should be. Totally satisfied!!

Called etrailer twice on this scratched used furring chill ac. Only 1 picture shows the box all torn up with a big scratch on the top cover. I told myself for the price nobody see the top of my ac unit, so I took a chance and ordered it. It was delivered in a few days, box all taped up. When I opened the box it did not have the big scratch on the the top but the whole cover was broken off. All the plastic ears holding the upper half of the cover busted off just held by the front screws. I was worried about the inside part of the ac. So I inspected that portion and seemed to be untouched. Priced a new cover at $[XX], said no way I could have bought brand new for that. So I fabricated new ears and screwed the cover on that had no scratches by the way. Installed ac and works great for now. I guess it’s not a bad gamble for a brand new unit. It was a chance on a returned item. After all said and done probably should have been disclosed better with more pictures and priced a little lower. I got lucky. ETRAILER has always been good to me on my previous orders. I’m glad this worked out should have taken pictures but got caught up fixing it first.

Thanks

Bolted right in place and as we haven’t pulled the class c out of the shop inside it’s cooling and blowing a lot better.

by:

  • Replacement Condenser Units For A Dometic DuoTherm Two Unit System
Hey Bradley, If you're just wanting to replace the rooftop units and keep your current air distribution boxes and thermostat then you'll just need to check the wiring to determine if you have a 6-pin or 9-pin connector. If you remove the air distribution cover you should be able to look up and see the wire harness hanging down from the rooftop condenser unit and plugged into the controller. If you don't see it then Dometic probably mounted it inside the rooftop condenser unit and you'll...

  • Solution for Needing Replacement Freeze Sensor for Furrion Chill HE RV AC Unit
Hey Evan, so we do have a way to get a replacement freeze sensor for your Furrion Chill HE with the part # FR43PR which is an all new controller as the sensor is not available by itself. If you check out the picture I attached you can see what the sensor is supposed to look like with the blue clip. It does sound like yours maybe somehow got dislodged from the blue clip and could possibly be hanging out somewhere in the unit.

  • Recommended Replacement For A Dometic Duo-Therm AC Unit Model # 80611342
Your Dometic model number 80611342 came back as a 13,500BTU unit so the only other information we'll need to know is the what style connector your unit has. Dometic units will either come with a 6-pin or 9-pin connector (pictured below). The units we currently offer only come with a 6-pin connector so you'll need an adapter if your current unit had a 9-pin. To find this you'll need to remove the cover of your air distribution box and find the wire harness that hangs down from the rooftop...

We just need to figure out whether your existing AC has a 6 pin or 9 pin connector first. It will either have a 6-pin or 9-pin connector (pictured below). You'll also want to verify the BTU rating of your current unit so that you aren't putting a lower rated unit in its place when you swap it out. For a 6-pin connection I have the following recommendations: 13,500...

The Furrion Chill RV Air Conditioner and Air Distribution Box w/ Built-in Thermostat part # FR76PR has a 60 db indoor sound level which can be compared to the sound of a normal conversation. The Furrion is actually about 10 db quieter than the Advent part # ACM135BCH based on our testing. However the Advent brings down the ambient temperature about 10 degrees lower compared to the Furrion. The Furrion does not have the option of a heat strip so I recommend the Advent Air RV Air Conditioner...
